Faults and problems
Urgent fault
Locked out, water damage, no heat, power outage or a broken lock: call the property maintenance on-call number +358 50 440 0325 (Matuvo Oy, 24/7). Give the address, your room number and what is wrong.
Non-urgent fault
An appliance does not work, a bulb is out, something is missing: send a maintenance request with the form. Usually handled within 1–3 days. Meanwhile you can use the dishes in the shared kitchen and the washing machine in the shared facilities.
Check-in and door code
The door code and room number are sent on the arrival day at 2 p.m.; check-in from 4 p.m. The same code works on the outside doors and your room door. Check-in instructions and entrances →

Early check-in
